· If I order something today, will I receive it tomorrow?

If you order before 8 PM (Monday to Friday), delivery will take place within 2 business days. Due to the busy schedule at PostNL, your package may be delayed and take a few days longer to arrive.


How can I track my order?

Once the shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email from us where you can track the package.


I have several gifts in my shopping cart that I would like to have wrapped separately, is that possible?

No, if you want multiple gifts individually wrapped, we recommend placing separate orders. All gifts in one shopping cart will be wrapped as a single gift . A gift wrap can hold a maximum of 3 or 4 items, depending on the size of the item.


I want to order multiple personalized products, is this possible in one order?

No, we recommend that you place a new order for each personalized product.


· When do I not pay shipping costs?

For orders over €40, you pay no shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium.


I received my order, but not the correct products. What should I do?

· Do all hand soaps have the same scent?

Yes, The Gift Label hand soap has the same scent, only the design is different. Our hand care products smell of kumquat and bourbon vanilla. This includes hand soap, ultra-rich hand lotion, and a tube of hand cream. *Except for special collections like High Summer and High Winter. The scent is always indicated on the product label!

Which products smell like mandarin musk?
The products in the body care category have a mandarin musk scent. This includes: shower gel (tube), shower foam, body cream, and body scrub. *Except for special collections like High Summer and High Winter. The scent is always indicated on the product label!

· Does the baby line have the same scent?
Yes, all baby products have the same scent. The fragrance is a combination of rose, sandalwood, and iris. Only the label print is different.

· Do candles, home sprays and fragrance sticks have different scents?
Yes, some of these products have multiple scents. This doesn't apply to every product, as some scents are no longer being used. Available scents are listed below the product. Our newest scent is Pomelo & Black Pepper, specifically for home sprays and diffusers. Please select a scent before adding it to your cart.

· What's in the We've got your back box?
This is a box of various products worth x behaviors, with a substantial discount. The products in the box are a surprise. P.S. This box is limited in stock, so it may not always be available!

I have a card in my shopping cart, where do I add the text for the card?
Found a card you like? First, click on the card; this will open the page where you can enter a text. Before you add the card to your cart, you'll see a bar that says "Write your text for the card here."

· The order is a gift, is the invoice in the shipping box?
No, the invoice isn't included in the shipping box. We'll send a digital invoice to the email address you provided.

· I don't think the pump is working, am I doing something wrong?
Note: You must first depress the pump slightly and then turn it. This will unlock the pump.
