STEP 1: Wash that hair
Wash your hair with lukewarm water. Heat damages our hair, and we want to avoid that as much as possible. Shampoo your hair with low-poo shampoo . Massage the shampoo into your hair thoroughly (be careful to avoid the ends) and rinse thoroughly after a minute.

STEP 2: Conditioner time
Once the shampoo is rinsed out, apply conditioner to the lengths of your hair. Avoid applying conditioner to your scalp, as this will make it greasy faster.
